How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our amazing warehouse team processes most orders very quickly. Once an order is processed, we hand it off to one of our cannabis-friendly carriers. Standard shipping should take 2 to 3 days!

That said, please keep in mind that warehouse processing, carrier shipping, and local delivery times may be affected by weekends, weather, and holidays.

Will I need to sign for my package?

That depends!

To prevent the sale and shipment of vapes to minors in accordance with the PACT Act, all vape products require a signature by an adult aged 21 or older upon delivery. Orders containing hemp-derived cannabis products other than our vapes may or may not require a signature depending on the unique preferences or requirements of our shipping partners.

Please note that most reshipments will require a signature! This is to ensure a successful delivery.

How do I track my order?

Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your purchase. This email serves as your initial acknowledgment that we’ve received your order and are preparing it for processing.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.

We recommend checking both your inbox and spam folder to ensure you receive these important updates.

I just placed my order. When will it ship?

We do everything we can to package and ship all orders in the order they’re received within 1 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not process or ship orders over weekends or major holidays. For example: If your order is placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day (Monday).

The order is estimated to be processed within 1-2 business days—by the following Friday. The shipping carrier’s estimated delivery time starts once your package has been processed. (i.e. Priority Mail estimates delivery in 1-3 business days. If your order was processed and shipped on Tuesday, it is estimated to arrive by Friday at latest).

How is Canna Cured's flower processed?

Canna Cured's flower is dried, trimmed, and packaged without any additional manufacturing procedures. We ensure you get a pure and natural product.

Where does Canna Cured source flower?

Canna Cured is proud to be an American-owned and operated company using hemp sourced from farmers located across the country. Our boutique organic-experienced farmers use clean growing methods that avoid the use of unnecessary and harmful chemicals.

In addition, our Quality Control team thoroughly checks every strain, ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality product possible. We don’t sell anything that we wouldn’t use ourselves.

Will your products show up on a drug test?

Some of our products may cause you to test positive for THC. We recommend not using them if you are required to pass a drug test for marijuana.

There are, of course, nuances, including how long it's been and your body's metabolism.

Can I use your products if I'm taking medication?

Please keep in mind that we can’t offer health advice, and our products aren’t intended for medical use. The safety of combining cannabis with medications can vary widely based on factors like the type of medication, the dosage, and your body’s unique response to each substance.

Before using any hemp-based cannabis products, especially alongside other medications, we recommend consulting your doctor.

How should I store your products?

When not in use, keep your cannabis in a cool, dark place, away from excess humidity. You also don't want the environment to be too dry, so consider storing products like flower alongside a humidity pack if your space is especially hot and arid.

As far as storage containers go, cannabis retains its quality and freshness for longer when sealed in something that's airtight. A few tried and true containers we recommend include:

  • Plastic bags, like zip-lock bags or the heat-sealed mylar bags we ship our products in
  • Modern BPA-free Tupperware with a fitted lid
  • Glass jars with a fitted lid, such as mason jars 

Vapes should be stored upright to avoid clogging, and remember that edibles may need to be refrigerated if perishable. Be sure to read through the item details on the product packaging for more details on caring for your cannabis!
